Cookie and Payton roughhouse in the backyard. Cookie is a long-haired miniature dachshund and Payton is a Border Collie/Aussie Shepherd mix.

Cookie has since died in 2001. She broke her back as she was jumping on the couch. She was paralyzed so we had to put her to sleep.
