Tio Epitacio is probably the most knowledgeable man on earth when it comes to horses, cows and dogs. He ran the family ranch in Chihuahua until the rest of the family lost interest and everything was sold and divided. He once had a horse that was so well trained that we would call him while the horse was feeding on his oats, and the horse would come.
